They walked me through each step of the way so that I knew exactly what was happening along the way. Unfortunately, my old unit was too outdated to be fixed. They quoted a new unit and services contract that was surprisingly reasonable. The team at Phoenix were professional and hardworking, staying till 8:30 p.m. to make sure I could use my unit immediately.
